Case/Tray Denesters

• 300 Series stainless construction throughout
• Multi-Chain system allows for accurate separation of cases/trays at even the highest speeds
• High strength modular plastic chain eliminates the problems associated with that of complicated timing belt systems
• Loading design system allows for the removal of deformed or damaged cases thus eliminating most jam situations

Case/Shell Washers

• Blower/Dryer modules to provide higher level of water removal

Pallet Washers

• Sized to effectively wash, rinse and dry pallets based on given pallet size, orientation and expected speeds of 2 to 10 pallets per minute
• Pre-wired machine mounted Nema 4X stainless steel control panel
• Stainless steel internal piping, spray nozzles and interior manifolds
• Heated wash and rinse sections with independent temperature control via direct steam injection
• Washer is of heavy gauge stainless steel tank construction
• Powerful blower system to remove excess water from pallets
• Manual flush valves for debris removal from the internal pipe work
• Automatic water counter flow to “self-clean” and provide water changeover automatically
• Removable side panels for access to the interior of the washer on both sides of the unit
• The continuous strainer on the pallet washer is an automated process that keeps the water free from solids. It also increases the longevity of the pumps. In addition the strainer has a removable, easy to clean tray
• High pressure centrifugal blowers raise the air temperature 40 degrees above ambient temperature. They have super high pressure to get the pallets dry
• The pallet washer has large access doors to the washer and blower section for easy maintenance access
• Air knife mounting brackets allow for angle adjustments to achieve the best surface contact with pallet. This provides you with optimal drying capabilities
